120 years of cracker-loving goodness

Since our shop was established over 120 years ago, we’ve been making tansan senbei—crackers made from flour and sugar and mixed with carbonated spring water. Popular with tourists and locals alike, these crackers are a classic souvenir of Takarazuka Onsen. We bake the crackers by hand using traditional techniques. We make and sell two types: ordinary Tansan Senbei and Cream Tansan Senbei (cream sandwich crackers).
